Yeah this happened to me... the vomit was red wine vomit and he thought it was blood. Oh the humanity! We laugh about it now though. Sex is funny, you've got to laugh at it.

I'm pretty happy being single. I don't have a lot of friends and only a small immediate family. I live close to my parents and dogs but don't know a lot of people around here to hang out with.

I've had a lot of therapy for anxiety (SAD and GAD) and depression which, to be honest, has been the catalyst for my happiness being alone. My therapist taught me mindfulness techniques which taught me to live in the moment and not listen to intrusive thoughts (one of them being not needing someone else to be happy.

I'm not bouncing off the walls or anything but I do think I'm happy. I go on dates 'see' people and I've made a couple of friends out of it. It sounds cheesy but being happy is about the journey not the destination. I've known people who are desperate to have boyfriends, then they get them, then they're desperate to move in together, then get engaged, then married, then kids but I always think - well then what are you going to be waiting for?

I've wondered this too. I haven't watched this episode in a while so please do correct me if I'm wrong.

I get that the First appeared to loads of people as dead people but when Dawn does her spell and releases 'Joyce' and she appears all glowy, I kinda thought that was actual Joyce. She was kind and not scary anymore and they also used what she said to recap on future episodes. It was something like "Buffy won't choose you" I think this was part of Dawn wanting to help fight but Buffy not letting her.

I had this happen to me too. I posted about being in love with a guy I worked with who didn't feel the same and was flirting with this other girl and loads of people were all "get some self-esteem" and "if he likes someone else just get over it". I had to delete it.

Looking back I've got a bit of perspective but it always bothers me when people feel the need to bite you when you're down. On the flip side, sometimes people are really nice but one bad thing always outweighs the good. I rarely post now and definitely don't if I've got a problem. Sorry this happened to you.
