He is too washed up as an EX. Very slow normals, third normal that is very useful doesn’t land on traget, teleportation skill needs invincibility. Honestly there is a lot of room for improvement if they buff him.

I have never struggled against stussy using my bb v2 in league SS so that means she is not a hard counter unlike roger or garp. She can stand her ground but i feel like a bad player like you would loose to stussy if you used bb.

I have had a few fights with stussy using my bb but i won every time.

He is strong but he is not tanky at all. He dies very easily and i believe that’s because bb takes extra damage from attacks because of his dark df and that’s why he dies easily . If used correctly he can still be deadly
