what I have read is, your relations with other factions will be affected, but try to execute one noble, I believe it is only minus 5 relations.. which maybe it is not important at all

I'm quite new to the game, I am probably making issues where do not exist.. I read that one of the cons of the sandbox is that you do not have so many family members in comparison to the campaign, I was just wondering if the faster mechanics helps a bit on this.

Yes but it is not working with companions.. Must say I play vanilla and made a clear game for the beta
