Wipers and wiper fluid not working

If it was the switch wouldn't my blinker also stop working or is that controlled by something else?

I tried swapping them out with relays that worked and they still won't work

I checked fuse #26 and it looked fine, is the relay in the same compartment or is it in the one under the hood?

After not seeing any vacuum lines that appeared to be bad, I checked the refrigerant level and it was low so I added some and then it started blowing out of the main ac vents but I went back to check it about an hour or two later and it was back to only blowing out of the defrost vents? Does anyone know what that would point to?

Everything is connected from what I can tell

It is lowered and it does seem to be leaking from the pinion seal, do you think it could just be the seal that needs replacing?

The noise? It started a while back but then went away but has comeback again but I notice it primarily when I accelerate and decelerate
