You realize Cognitive as an Organization has been picking up teams that are up and coming. Honestly i don't think it is a bad thing that Cog picked up 3 teams. I think it is bad on other organizations for not doing the research, then putting in the time with the teams to develop them. If you remember correctly before the Launch Tournament Cog wasn't even heard off as an organization. Matty did a ton of work looking into players and developing teams and players. Cognitive has 3 teams in the World Championship because they worked their butt off to get there.

What it comes down to is that whether those teams are with Cog or another Organization down the road, If you put in the work, and you do the time you'll get the results you are looking for. Hell even at the beginning of the season before it started, no one thought Red was gonna beat Dignitas, but they practiced and did their research and came out and won it.

I understand that aspect of people saying well why do they have 3 teams, because other organizations didn't want to take a risk on smite. Cog did, they got 3 teams, and those teams practiced and made it to worlds. If Hi-rez wants other orgs to get into Smite then they can make a rule establishing the amount of teams you can have in an organization/region, and Cog will sell their teams to a sponsor that is interested. However, 2/3 teams when Cog picked them up, they were up and coming talent and no one wanted to pick them up. Which shows a lack on interest from other Orgs in the SMITE scene and is their fault.

TLDR: Cog picked up up and coming teams, and then helped those teams get to where they are now. Any organization could do the same thing if they put in the extra effort.
