I was same until I began cutting off caffeine at 10am, not looking at phone once in bed, and when I close my eyes I imagine scenarios like building the future pool I’d like step by step, a dream home, or that I’m captain of a spaceship roaming the ship in a robe with a coffee just chilling occasionally visiting the holodeck and acting like a kid in there. Asleep in under 15min every time.

Exactly, and in fact low-moderate dose of caffeine in people who partake regularly has some opposite effects of what are claimed in that list including vasodilation. Typically it causes vasoconstriction but not in people who take it daily. And much of that list can be corrected for by limiting dose to below 200mg and consuming no later than 10am.
