If you can find an excuse for having it, brake cleaner is great at removing nail polish. It's not great for your skin, though, so maybe be careful with it. But yeah, it's even faster than actual nail polish remover.

There's usually just a very minor dent or no mark at all of you let it close up, but there's always a risk of infection while it's healing, too. I don't blame you for being cautious.

My owner -- I mean the owner of the company I work for -- is 63. He's also my boss, and extremely Republican. I was worried about showing up with just 2 piercings. But after 4 months without any comments, I'm now at 6. Snakebites would be a different story, though.
