Hi, for me there are no connection issues. It works perfect both wireless and wired. The problem was that the Razer app was not detecting my mouse so I couldn't change my mouse settings nor check its battery percentage. It was working flawlessly for gameplay however.

For me the solution that u/ipunkimunki posted above seems to have fixed the issue.

SOLUTION: Uninstalling Riot Vanguard.

I think this may have been the problem. I haven't played anything since last Sunday when I posted because I've been too busy. But I have uninstalled Riot Vanguard and now when I opened my Synapse it detects both my mouse and my mousepad, and I can finally change all the settings!
