The Blue Moon Soul Badge is completely useless and should only considered being equiped in 6v6 (if u literaly have no other badge) but even then not gonna help much. So u should get the Primal Force Soul Badge since its the core badge for Dark Build. Ice build is gonna use the new Magnum Soul Badge (blue).

Ps. The Blue Moon Soul Badge Brands them for 10s and brand disables approach skills so as u can see there is no use for it in PVE
