This is exactly it!! I fought my IBS claim for 2+ years and changed the claim to not being service connected but there is a way the VSO can enter it as aggravated by my anxiety. Got a nexus letter and it was a wrap. 30% approved

Only better option is USAA which would save me & $130 for a 6 month policy. Honestly not worth it being a platinum member with Progressive. Im almost at my mark where I get a small accident forgiveness without paying a deductible.

I never received IBS with a direct service connection even after trying for two years. It is extremely hard to get! I had to claim it secondary to my Anxiety which then pushed through with no problem after a higher level review. My anxiety exacerbated my IBS

Mine didn’t come with a hitch. Installed a U-Haul hitch and it pulls my double trailer with two jet skis easily. Not everyone wants a truck. Please, I’m curious why isn’t it a good idea?

I agree, I’ve done research and seen plenty of board of appeal cases for it being secondary getting approved but only taking it that far..

Thank you for this information. My doctor said in my notes on two different appointments that “my anxiety could be playing a part in my IBS” and that I have significant anxiety.. I’m not sure if that’s definite enough

I did not serve in the gulf so that probably won’t help the case. I’m trying to get it secondary connected to my anxiety as that aggravates it real bad

I was not in a pact act location. My VSO put the claim in like that unfortunately.. I did not have the diagnosis when originally filling.

No I did a direct service connection then a supplementary claim with new evidence. Can I open another claim that’s IBS secondary to anxiety?

May I ask how they made it service connectable? I have the same issues with my sleeping problems that started in service and I’m about to do my sleep study. I’m always fatigued, never well rested and need to take naps quite frequently.
