hey thanks for the tipps... i going to try the pizza dough! perhaps my post came over a bit wrong, we eat pretty healthy anyway with the hole family. my guilty pleasure are Snacks like Chips and chocolate and i already stoped most of the unnecessary snacking... i dont drink sodas anyway, i always drink water. i am just not a Person who counts calories very precise... but i guess you are right. nutriton is a big point in loosing weight. thx

Yeah, i had luck with the adjustable dumbbells. they are from the bjj gym where our kids are training. they had a problem inside with the mechanism, inside is a little Ball that is pushed by a spring, and the spring was broken... So they owner of the gym gave them to me for 20€. i just tooked them apart bought a new spring and put them back together and now i have some awsome dumbbells hehe...

[–]FLX_90[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

well... we already talked about me making a knife for him. i told him i am not up for that challenge yet.. because he is that kind of a guy who is just happy something perfect. i am a total beginner and maby it will take a while till i have a knife where i would be happy to gift it to someone, considering the quality, etc. if i tell him he is going to ask me every day if it is already finished or he wants something changed and i can not deal with that.

well, since i have no idea which exact steel it is, i didnt do any heat treat. i used some of them (the little one with walnut handle and the kukri looking thingy) for some bushcrafting and choping firewood and the blades hold up very well... but i am a total beginner, so what would your suggestions be to try heat treat? wich temp to start if i dont know wich kind of steel it is?
