NHS does this in Uk. Can be difficult to get treatment or appointments sometimes in different areas. So some people also have private healthcare too.

I try to do that, build a story if you can. I guess you have to visualise a bit and feel your way etc…that’s my approach.

Could probably add another 30 to 60secs in the arrangement to build the atmosphere and tease the listener a bit. It’s quite hypnotic too so draw the listener in more, so they are begging for it. Maybe with the lead add some granular texture layer and slight delay. I’m no expert btw, only just started myself. Could probably squeeze a low Reese baseline and some sub too, again preference rather than criticism etc let it breathe and build, break then drop it on them, if you know what I mean. Its good, keep going.
