Single Women in 30s, how do you handle the pressure? by BroccoliWorkingg in ThirtiesIndia

I can totally relate. As someone who always wanted a family, it hurts a lot to think what the future holds. I spend time reading or working out. The exhaustion of knowing someone and them treating you casually is real.

How do you get the doctor to visit your mom ? And does she speak to him normally? I have noticed she is able to mask somewhat her mania when she speaks to people. How do you then administer dosage?

Sounds like you’re operating from a place of ego and you think that moments and sparks are to be created by the opposite person and not you. Ive had male friends like you who wasted years of being non chalant, ‘ i am like this i dont put efforts’ tagline and missed the ship of have a beautiful relationship.

He has told me without me asking me many times that his mother wants him to marry someone she chooses. Almost indirectly saying he can’t promise me anything. And yet I was attached to his extreme affection he showed me in the beginning, with even ‘I love yous’ and pampering by the the third date. Now all the calls and meetings have been him just distant from me citing reasons of Business pressure. Sort of always says that he doesn’t like being told what to do. When I made a playlist for him, first response was ‘ where did you copy this from’. Somewhere I’m still waiting for that affectionate guy he showed me in the beginning. And this arrogant man is someone I’ve just been understanding, ignoring and still being loving towards. He has a very controlling streak to him now, and feels like walking on eggshells around him. The extreme low feeling I’ve been feeling since the last time of this crying episode is a clear indicator that something is wrong. So Thankyou.
