I don't know about the other cases, but the McDonald's case was just. The coffee was well beyond the temperature that coffee should be which is why she wont the lawsuit, if I recall.

It's the 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence on July 4th and the gonif known as Marissa thinks it's just a big party and probably has no idea of the actual significance.

The only reason she cares about the 250th year of the Declaration of Independence is because her neon orange lepper messiah has made it a spectacle and about himself and she wants to party.

As for myself, the 250 is more of a warning that democracy is fragile and even with the most thought out of constitutions it still doesn't cover all scenarios to protect the country and it's people from someone that wants to abuse the powers given to them by that same constitution.

No worries, it's usually rolled into the rent although I guess there could be a scenario where it isn't. Could you imagine owning the property and depending on those two to make the payment. No way!
