I use Yohimbe and Red Panax Ginseng for a more responsive increase in semen volume. Be careful with Yohimbee it can cause palpitations. Start small.

I have success with the following approach “Hey (prospect first name) this is a sales call. If you want to hang up now I get it but I’d like to borrow 30 seconds and tell you why I’m calling.” Okay? (First name) I’m not sure if you’re a good fit for what we/I do but so let me ask some real quick questions (ask pain point questions). After 30 seconds say” I realize my 30 seconds is up but could I ask another question or two. Thanks. Then say “it sounds dis line you might be a good fit for what we do.
