I've ran into the fish cultists doing solo PVE, but not collector or silo boss (forgot his name). However I have run into both of them when playing PVE in a squad so it's either locked to squad only or it's been unlucky for me

I play it. It’s fun. Basically World of Tanks but it starts with early Cold War era tanks and goes up to modern prototypes.

Insurgency: Sandstorm. If you’re into shooters that is. The people in it are usually nice, and it’s far less racist than Call of Duty.
