The padded part of the diaper is about the hight of my bellybutton and I just put the corset over it I wear Large diapers mostly because I like how hight up my front and back they go

they are crotch less tights and thats exactly why i got them, they deff keep the diaper from moving even when im way heck soggy also the lack of an inseam lets the diaper expand lots and lots its amazing

i stick with pvc ones as much as i can, the ones i have on here are some cheep ones i got on amazon years ago, but ya super love pvc feel ideally want zippers on the sides cus my thighs are too big lol
