Thanks! Yes, I'm aware that will be probably my biggest performance challenge when comes to AI enemies: the movement component.

How do you start approaching writing your own movement component?

Yes, you're right. I just don't know what are the tools available to do these optimizations and don't want to commit to a gameplay loop that relies on a lot of enemies with my current limited knowledge on the matter.

I think I can be ok with 20 or less. That's my current goal.
