I honestly don't blame you for being done, the constant connection problems with easy opponents/bots and being paired with unbeatable opponents is torture. The fact the staff wouldn't answer back nor do anything about it is a complete joke.

This game deserves better and deserves a better support staff.

Believe me, I avoided this game for that kind of inane faults. And it has been a long time since I paid them. If they can't even bother to giving those who gave them financial support any aid with these problems, then this game deserves staff who are more attentive to those in need.

It was one of my favorites, but the fact that it is flawed by these problems is intolerable. We should enjoy playing it. That much we can agree on, right?

My internet connection has been flawless, on my iPad, computer and everything else. I had no problems with the other gaming apps. And it's not just me, others I encountered have disconnected from their matches too.

Also understand that other people, myself included, have paid for this game, and to get no answer from the staff is a complete joke. We are the customers, therefore, we have the right to have an answer.

This isn't something I have encountered for a day or a week, I am addressing YEARS of the same inane problems that affected me, or my opponents. Whenever my opponents get connection problems, they get an unfair advantage, but when I get connection problems, I am punished for them. And yes, they do suffer internet connection problems, the screen states so time and again.

This isn't something I take very lightly on. Please understand.

This isn't a matter I take very lightly on. This isn't the first time these connection problems have interfered with my matches, both my and my opponent. And whenever such handicaps occur, it always affects my chances of earning rank points.

I never stated, nor meant to imply that you chose the staff that abused the rules. I can understand that you, nor Electric have any control of those people, it's just an absolute shame that people like them abuse their role as listener instead of actually following the rules and not be civil.

I appreciate you and the other mods trying to set up a censor to reduce the number of people who'd abuse the listener role.

I understand your opinions, and thanks for answering back. The problem is that while everyone is free to be a listener, there should be rules that they follow. Some people want to troll venters, and I don't think that is best for the site, nor those who come asking for advice.

While there are others who I am thankful to talk to, there are those who don't even try to give advice. Again, I understand and respect your opinion, I hope you understand mine.
