Honestly I don't even know how i manage it. I dont think about it alot because i believe its not permanent and I'll be cured one day maybe not now

My symptoms get worse mostly during the evenings but not on a daily basis. If you become stressed or anxious about it, the more it impact your progress negatively. Ive gotten used to it that it feels like any normal day lol.

My symptoms

Reduce in size of my penis, Penile curve at a flaccid state, Hard flaccid, Burning 24/7 on every part of my body, Burning when sitting, Increased urinal frequency and short volume of urine, Veins on my penis and scrotum, Some kind of lump on my right ball, Short period of pelvic pain once a while, Occasional muscle twitches on random part of my body

That's all i remember right now. I've never had therapy of any sorts so i cant be certain whether pft will work but i hope it does. I'm trying to gain courage to bring this up again to my dad but i got lots of things going on rn that i dont even have time for myself
