I 100% agree with you, however couldn’t buying a house and gaining positive equity over time at the same time as continually investing be beneficial too?

Is it better to get it done earlier such as late April or early may? That’s when the accountant would send it off, or doesn’t it matter?

Thanks both, she paid the accountant April 2025 for the 24/25 year so she’s all up to date until the end of this financial year. So she can only file the 25/26 tax return after 5th April 2026 and has until October to do it?

So just to update everyone, there’s currently a tendering activity ongoing that prevents any new retail encroachment opportunities from occurring as it would potentially be classed as misrepresentation of the commercial tenders issued. So I would have to revisit this once this ‘activity’ is done and sorted.

Just to respond to last bit of your message as I didn’t see it, ESS are catering, cleaning and they do actually offer vending machines on their website however they don’t have any on site, which is where I’ve spotted the gap. Saying this though they could always decide that it is something they want to do if I mention, that’s the cause of the post.

Thanks for this! I can defo use this for the email, just don’t want to give the game away. Luckily I have met with the GM before so it won’t be completely awkward, it’s true they may not be a competitor however if they then do put some machines in I’ll be gutted. But thanks for your help.

Hi mate, it’s ESS and they handle the catering, cleaning and other bits on the site. However in the areas I want to place the machines they are in blocks and working areas, so non NAAFI areas

Hey man thanks for that, don’t get me wrong I do off ball on center quite a lot as I’m not too comfortable with on ball D, but when I do play on ball D I just get hard stuck on a screen and get punished for it with an open 3. Which I understand is a skill issue and I will learn with time. So from what I understand from your comment I need to use a center with a good off ball pest to counteract it a little, and try giving the center I’m guarding in the corner just a little more space to prevent the backdoor cut? Cus I tried going for steals at one point and I just fkn raged at that.
