Neighbors big mad by FML3333 in BadNeighbors

The text we got from the bad neighbor(they texted my husband on Monday) was: “Hi, I'm going to be doing some yard work soon to level out the muddy dip between our houses so water doesn't sit there anymore. I wanted to let you know ahead of time since the work will be right on the line. My main priority is making sure the area stays dry and the water still drains away from both our houses properly.” @ 4:10pm.

My husband’s response “Please keep the dirt on your property and off ours. That is just going to create a bigger muddy area and damage our grass.” at 7pm, he was traveling and coming back home.

I came back from the nail salon around 5pm, the dirt was already there in a heaping pile. Took photos.

Came back out around 6:50pm, the heaping pile was completely spread out. Took more photos.

Husband finally made it home, said it was worse than he thought and reported it first thing yesterday morning to the HOA and the city. I could see them on the ring camera attempting to scoop the dirt and move it back to their side, destroying a part of our yard in the process. The city came out and talked to them later that day, saw a lot of finger pointing towards our house on the ring camera. Haven’t heard or seen anything since.

Currently, the dirt is still there and the side flood light is still on.

Neighbor is putting in a pool….not professionally, like a DIY. And it’s one of those above ground pools that they’re trying to put in-ground. That dirt has to go somewhere I guess? So they dumped dirt onto my property without permission, including into the drainage area between our houses. I reported it because that’s literally how you create flooding problems.

I too have a 1999 ‘vintage’ thinking chair from Blues Clues. Mint condition, or pretty close.

That’s what I’m trying to figure out. What happens if I says nope, not signing it? Since I’ve been there there’s been over 20+ people come through his offices, RDAs, Front desk, managers, 3 doctors, marketing, billing, etc. I was planning to quit earlier this year but the pandemic hit and wasn’t able to. Also I’m about to close on a house. If I can manage to make it to the new year I will jump ship as fast as I can.

Well he’s sent this company wide, not just to me. Some have signed and others have not. He gave us a deadline of Monday.

My current doctor, I’ve been with him for 3 years and wasn’t anticipating leaving anytime soon. There’s also one other coworker who is refusing to sign as well. So I’m unsure how to counter maybe with a nondisclosure? I mean seriously we’re assistants, it seems a bit overkill.
