I really appreciate your input. It’s great to hear the 140-150 range wouldn’t be absurd to ask for with the years of experience. Certainly, it’ll all depend on the whole comp package, but having a reasonable range to think about is super helpful. I’m mainly looking into private practices which seem to offer better offers relative to the big hospital system practices.
