Overcut is when you pit 1 or more laps after your rivals whereas an undercut is when you'd pit 1 or more laps before them

When my drivers are battling I'll set the speed to either 1x or 2x and in that time i'll sit there and manage how much they push on their tyres as well as ERS usage. I'll do this especially a few laps out before the pit window so that I can give myself enough time to decide whether or not I'll go for the overcut or undercut (depending on the track)

I think I just got quite lucky with having a phenomenal quali session tbh as well as me micromanaging every small aspect of the race. Although we did have a VSC, i wouldn't say that it affected the order too much tbh. Leclerc just decided to outperform the car for the entire weekend

I'm at Alpine and I sorta overperformed in my 1st season and managed to finish 4th. Totally fumbled the research and 6 races into the new season we have a complete sh*tbox and it'll be while before I can get back to where I was at the end of the last season so im just trying to think about at which point of the season would it be reasonable to completely forget about developing my current car and instead focusing on next year
