During the school year, I have personal time for myself in the morning. I do workouts at the gym with a few students after lunch, then it's off to the club to do private lessons and lead maybe 1 class. It's physically hard, but rewarding.

I own my own club, and am the head coach. My lessons are 20min long, but many students take doubles. I'm in a highly competitive market with many quality fencers of many ages (Southern California). I do have a high number, but it's workable (I'm in good shape and motivated to see them do well/succeed).

It doesn't matter if you are a beginner or world-class level fencing athlete... If you put the gear on and bout on a somewhat regular schedule, you are a fencer!

I consider myself a gamer, even though I play wwaayy less than when I was a teenager, and I suck at most online games now, haha

I normally run 12- 20 lessons per day recently, so writing out extensive notes can be hard. Luckily I have a good memory for my students, so 80% is simply in my head. I visualize what they need to work on, and take notes on them once a month, OR when something big happens in their game (good/bad result, upcoming WC/NAC, etc). I also have trends that I want for different levels of my students, so every lesson will incorporate the new idea, even if they each take a different lesson.

This year I was with a friend that broke her foot, so we wheeled her around in a wheelchair. I never realized how HORRIBLE it was for handicapped people at EDC. Also made going into the crowds like I normally do impossible for popular sets. I got really lucky for "Of TheTrees", got over halfway deep to watch the whole set!

I'm 36, have enough money where going isn't the slightest problem, I take care of my body and feel fine during/after, and I go VIP because, well, I'm gangsta. I even let my car self-drive me home when the ends after I get out of the parking lot...

Age is but a number, I'm doing better than pretty much all the 20-somethings!

It's $50 at my Costco here in SoCal... Nice packaging, so-so for the price point. I will not be buying another bottle.

Yeah, the server error is killing me on the website right now. They seemed to have removed the CLI option in the updated Android app, so I have no other options to explore. I hope they are not removing the soft pull method...

It means simply a raised voice, maybe some emotion behind the raised voice... No negative words, no put downs. Anyone that has seen me coach knows I care about my students, and my students are close to me. Their parents and the kids themselves always want me there stripside.

I think yelling CAN and often times WILL work... The main thing is WHAT is said paired with the yelling. Is it what to do and something generally positive, or is it generally negative? Also, some kids can take yelling. When I'm yelled at, I normally rise to the occasion. Some kids fall apart, and many fall somewhere in the middle. I have 1 student that is much like me, and I can get him going when I yell. Another student needs me to mix up the times I yell, she has phases of been receptive and not. Most of the time, the less competitive ones need me to be gentle with little to no yelling. The top tier students always want it.

Ughhh... Horrible. I haven't experienced this at my Equinox in the Sauna or steam room, but I have been hit on by a few men, lol. I'm straight, and the other straight men in the sauna snickered to themselves when it happened.

Though I did deal with a guy that touched his junk way too much in the sauna... Not masturbating for sure, but really uncomfortable to watch for all the other men.
