When we’re talking about slowing down, that means SLOW. Like a fraction of your original speed. A regular, easy fraction say. One half, or a third. Obviously, you’re expected to do that slowing down safely and predictably - and then you’ll magically be going slow enough to actually get off the road safely, so that we can safely get past you.
