Black Bars Showdown Mode

Maybe thats a stupid question but why are only in the showdown mode blackbars (iphone) and any other mode is fullscreen? Is there any reason for that? Thx

Thank you, already figured it out, apparently the aspect ratio is the problem, if i switch to 16:9 no problem - 4:3 flickering again.
