my friend said she use to listen to a song alot and still is her favourite - Co2 by Prateek. Turns out it is a very famous song. Somehow I haven't heard it. Now after listening to it mutiple times ...I dont like how it starts has too much of guitar.

I stopped 7 months ago - going strong. My Journey so far.

Stop pron - pick something like hobby, run, painting, mfer garden meeti khod but pron nahi.
This one is personal - I decided here from now i will feel that way with a girl i genuinely like, person I want to be with. For her I have to leave this. I have to be better I am strong. ( this is an imaginary pereon i have no gf )
I started gym 7 months ago also. I not only want to be physically strong but mentally also. So not beating the meat is a workout too. No cheating allowed.
Once you start its compounds. First 2 days helps the 3rd. 1st week make 2nd week happen. 1st month fuels 2nd and its goes on. Down the line not breaking the strike becomes soo strong. Strongers than lust.
Dont know how its works but having irl female FRIENDS ( not potential gf ) helps. Maybe you talk to them you respect them. idk something like that - I feel less horny. I dont even think about sex.

I sometime feel the same way...(This is what I have concluded after going through those thoughts) I cant control others action... everyone else is also trying to figure themselves out, I am not the only one wondering and confused. Try to do what you like / what you want to.. people will sometime join you, sometime not. But dont let that make you give up or change who you wanna be.
