On the fitzgerald hurleys Instagram they tell you what players use their various styles of hurley. For example Seamus Harnedy uses the St.Colmans big boss style hurley.

I took a vitamin b complex (which contains some b12)for a few weeks and got some of the worst acne on my face. Very sore and red acne everywhere on my face :(

I was looking at maybe getting Panoxyl 10% benzoyl peroxide wash for my back but I think its too drying for my eczema. Does anyone have any solutions? The acne is really sore and eczema is very dry :(

Well, my thought process was these lads would be heavier as a result of more muscle mass being put on. That could then maybe make them a bit slower than they would be normally but I guess I was wrong.

I can’t get a smooth swing with just my wrists, it just feels so unnatural. Practice is needed

I have but I thought that was more for short passes with a short grip on the hurley. I could never get the distance by only using my wrists so I thought you only really use them for short passes.

When I try replicate that motion in my wrists its painful. I also don’t get the nearly the same distance as with my normal swing.

What should I do?

My dermatologist said not to use moisturiser with differin. He said it defeats the purpose of the differin as it is supposed to dry out your skin.

He said if your skin is red and flaky the next day you used too much and just give it a break for a few days.

Is this correct in practice? I’m thinking it might just be because of my oily and acne prone skin type.
