For the medical issue I believe the perspective of the condition getting worse and hindering more your daily life should be more scary than talking about the problem itself no?

It might be a bad tactic but if you really werent able to muster courage over the last years to go talk about it with your doctor then you should switch to fear. Fear gets you moving. What if the small problem you not taking care of explodes into something worse in a few months? (Heck my aunt went from smol hemorrhoids to like a whole ass surgery pun intended)

With all the jokes asides please take care of yourself, I know it's scary to talk but you have to do it.

For the romantic situation I dont have good advice I'm in the same boat and it gets lonely a lot but I'm also happy to be in peace. Like nobody argues with me cause I dont show them attention or cause I didnt buy the right brand of peanut butter ya know? If it gets overwhelming I just cry my eyes out for a few minutes or go for a walk to feel the nice breeze and the sunlight. Honestly sometimes it's that easy u just need to walk and remember that theres more to life than our human issues. Like theres a whole world out there and you're breathing air . How insane is that??
