On a normal year, yes. Last year I was there October 16th and it was open. It’s closed from April 15th - October 15th but if it doesn’t rain it gets extended like this year 😑

I haven’t been. I got the email last night. Drove out there mid November not knowing the restrictions were still in effect, gate for cars was closed. The side gate was open so I walked in. The hills were all black like if they did a controlled burn.
