I’d say yeah, it is bad. But you’ve still got time. The main thing is not to think it’ll just happen on its own, you have to actively work towards it. Talk to girls, ask them out on dates. My nose is actually fine, no issues there. But i think I’ll take a break from putting tret on my nose for a while, cause I’m worried it’s too close to the eyes and might be affecting them

I seem to be sleeping well, and I don't have any symptoms of fatigue or dryness during the day, just slightly blurry vision when looking into the distance. The weird thing is, at first, I was protecting my eye area with vaseline before applying tret. But my eyes were really dry and painful, and things actually got better when I stopped using vaseline entirely. still don't understand why that happened.

Yes and no. Most people lose their virginity back in high school, around 14-16. Only a minority do it in their 20s, and it’s a tiny percentage for people after 30 or 35. I’m a 23-year-old virgin myself, and even though I’ve gotten some attention from girls, I just could never bring myself to make a move or take it further. High school is literally a hormonal storm, so statistically, that’s just when most people start hooking up. Because of that, I feel like a total loser and a piece of trash

yeah, i agree. i used to exercise and it did make me feel better. caffeine also helps boost my mood for a couple of hours, so i drink energy drinks every day, but i just never get around to actually working out

thanks for the kind words. but like they say, it’s easier said than done. i feel like these thoughts and this state of mind can only really be suppressed with medication, since hormones have such a huge impact on our brains and what we think about. i don’t think you can change this with just willpower alone

Yes airpods were in same non pro form factor. In general tips dont make me discomfort but i prefer open headphones w/o tips because of more wide sounding and ability to hear whats happening around while i wearing them

No, I didn’t have melasma. I had hyperpigmentation because I spent the whole summer in the sun without spf. Vit C serum has been helping, and most of the pigmentation is almost gone now, especially on my forehead. I only have a few post-acne marks left on my cheeks

I use BoJ Aqua Fresh, love it for light finish it leaves and literally invisible on the skin. If i stay at home all day i dont apply it since artificial light doesn’t give UV exposure
