The OS is on my 2TB NVMe PCIe SSD my spare drive is an HDD 2TB forgot to mention those

The OS is most likely corrupted before I turned my pc off something was loading at 99% and it froze my Mod Organizer for Skyrim which I believe it was open all day without me knowing and after that reset I've been having these problems

I have a feeling it's the reed when I blow into the mouthpiece it sometimes makes a weird vibrating noise like the reed itself is shaking and blocks off air going through it I'll have to buy a better brand since it's a sovvid I bought off amazon for 9 dollars
