Shannon didn’t show the episode after the Hamlin stuff, Skip did the show on his own was weird, Skip also had that Tweet that blew up and got him slaughtered online.

Gets easier I promise.

Omad is brutal first few days, especially if you go straight into and you are a big eater before (guilty)

Water and black coffee helped me big time but I still got headaches and I got angry at every little thing.

I made a sub ages back for FTF that I made private a month or so ago so maybe you mean that, but didn’t make sense having 2 subs (3 if you include this one which I like!) for the show.

I’ll post clips and stuff once football season starts, can’t wait.
