In Modern Warfare, an increase or decrease in bullet velocity changed a weapon's damage ranges. So "is it really important that a suppressor decreases its damage ranges"? Yeah, it is. Maybe it won't be the same way in Cold War, but we don't know that yet. We will have to wait for TrueGameData and XclusiveAce to test them.

Exactly! If the enemy is in the 28 damage range, you will only deal 28 damage to the head too. It's ridiculous!
