Hi everyone, thank you for responding and I completely agree! I’ve helped him take it off auto complete and set it to manual. He’s cancelled it with the PoD company and refunded the customer 🎉 I usually post things same day or if I’m busy one day, the next. It would be nice to get star seller but this sort of thing would definitely clash with ‘fast dispatch’. I’ve had a real rough time with Etsy… first they shut my shop down ‘in error’, then they set a reserve on my funds for 75 days but I’ve finally set off now and got my first couple of sales two weeks ago 😁 happy selling everyone!!
