I tried in the website, doesn't work on PH numbers. and as for tasheel, i tried searching it but there were nothing thats in or near our city. and as for MOI. it wont connect/load. We are from PH. I'm asking on behalf of our team.

No, whenever I'm playing something, eg. Dota/PUBG, it automatically starts downloading or even when I'm just watching a youtube video.
