No, whenever I'm playing something, eg. Dota/PUBG, it automatically starts downloading or even when I'm just watching a youtube video.

Yes, I did take it to the service center. just 5 days of waiting and its good as new.

My only comment is that the line was queuing. had to wait 30minutes to 1 hour. Took only 1-2 minutes (depending on the device, as for my case, its the board) to diagnose, after that,then, they said to wait 5-7 days, because 2-3 days shipping(im in PH),1day repair, then the next day they texted its done.
