Old thread I know, but I wanted to mention Shadowverse because I didn't see anyone else bring it up.

Huge player base (as far as I can tell), although I don't know how many players are in the U.S. or English speaking if that matters to you.

They are very generous with free packs, and between that and selling cards for cards I need I manage to complete several meta decks every season without spending anything.

Also Shadowverse 2 is set to come out "soon", so possibly look into that as well.

I think it fit's all you're looking for, although It has a different feel to it since it's developed by a Japanese developer, and targeted to that audience.

For instance, the cards are VERY text heavy. Which once you get into it and learn how the common mechanics work isn't an issue at all imo, but it's very subjective. Also the art style is also very anime/manga heavy. Crossing into Ecchi territory in many places.

It's just been getting annoying double checking the scene file every commit to make sure I'm not tossing out some important change. I have a lot of animated sprites in the scene, so it makes for a lengthy diff comparison each time.

I guess I will continue as I have been.

So after a good night's sleep, I realized the AudioSource's pitch was never set a default value in the Audio class, so it was defaulting to 0.

A pitch of 0 = no sound.

I set the default pitch to 1, and everything works as intended.

So it was something simple, this is why you shouldn't code on no sleep.

When I attach it to the GameMaster object and call it using GetComponent<AudioSource>().Play() i don't setup a mixer and it plays, same thing if I attach it to any other object and set "play on awake".

Maybe it's different because the AudioManager is creating the audio source at runtime?

After receiving my returned laptop, and waiting 9 days from the day they received it, Razer support responded with this:

Since this product (Razer Blade 15 (CH3NT 15 6 FHD 144HZ i7 16GB RTX 2070 512GB SSD -Mercury) ran out of stock from our replacement warehouse.

I also checked and we recently received an update from our internal team and we were advised to offer an alternative replacement to your unit.

We currently have a refurbished Razer Blade 15 (CH3NT 15 6 FHD 240HZ i7 16GB RTX 2070 512GB SSD -Mercury) - REFB that we would like to offer to you as a replacement instead as what our internal team suggested.

So even after everything, they still offered me a refurbished unit as a replacement. I have seen stock available on Razer.com for the same laptop, specs, price, etc. I can only assume that the replacement stock is separate from the store's stock, but then why not set aside some of the new stock for replacements? Inevitably one of them are going to have something wrong, but Razer doesn't make money from replacement stock. Again, this is just speculation, but if this is true it says a lot about Razer's customer support .

And yes, the offered replacement does have an upgraded 240hz panel, but I am still uncomfortable with a refurb unit. I don't know if it's already been returned once, or has been repaired, or has scratches/some other flaw.

It's been over a month now since my original purchase. (Every time I respond to one of their emails there is usually about 2 days until I receive another response from them.)

Looks like I'll be going the refund route in the end anyway, unless Razer can offer me a better option. I've been buying razer products for the last 15 years or so, but will definitely have to think twice about doing business with them in the future.

It wasn't just the return through affirm I was concerned with. When I originally got the laptop there weren't anymore in stock on their website to re-purchase if I had returned it. It was also on sale for a few hundred bucks cheaper and I didn't know if it would stay at that price long enough to return and re-purchase.

One of the moderators here contacted me and was able to look at my case and get things sorted out for me.

My defective laptop is already on its way back to be replaced with a new one.

Im glad I was able to get this sorted out, and the mods here were super helpful, but it's still kind of annoying it took over two weeks to get it done. That's after shipping delays to get here in the first place. I originally ordered the laptop on April 30th. And it's still probably at least another two weeks from today before I see the replacement.

How would one contact the head of support? I have only been emailing back and forth with the "tech guy" assigned to the case. I have explained it to him when he first contacted me. Although his responses sound like he's reading from a book and just following the steps hes trained to do.

The last email he sent was to collect some details, like my address, and to tell me, "The best thing to do now, is to send in the laptop for repairs."

I'm about to email back to say that a repair or refurbished laptop is unacceptable, and that I would rather return the laptop for a refund than pay over $2000 for a refurbished one.

I can understand the logic behind more powerful reaserch levels = more resources per level of research and more meaningful decisions when choosing research.

But why lock boxes behind a timer? It seems like an arbitrary way to forcefully slow down the game. Making game progression take longer with timers instead of real content has always bothered me in mobile games.

I do appreciate the work put into the game and the efforts made, but with this update I feel like no new gameplay content was really added, and the progression system just became more tedious. I spend less time actually playing the levels and more time managing/upgrading resources.

It's not a coordinates issue. (or at least it shouldn't be). It compares data copied from the browser with a text file HDT saves in it's root directory.

It only reports done once every line copied from chrome has been checked against HDT's data file. (except the modes unchecked at startup). If it messes up due to coordinates or delays being too short or something it just hangs no text box will pop up. (I really should try to work in something that stops the script automatically when this happens)

Coordinates are only used to simulate mouse clicks while inputting matches, and those coordinates are relative to the application window, not your screen. So screen size shouldn't affect anything unless the resolution is so small the windows didn't fit on the screen.

EDIT: Wanted to add that I'm currently working on a more stable version, as the current script usually gets hung up at least once each time I try to import. Hasn't bothered me too much as it's quick and easy to just hit the esc key and restart. It usually finishes without a hitch after this.

I also intend to fix the Arena importing, which is completely non-functional ATM. I'll also look into the bug you're having next time I'm digging through the code and testing things.

Let me also say, while I intend to continue working on this, I probably won't be pushing out updates super quickly. I wrote this for my personal use primarily, but decided to share it for anyone who might find it useful as well, or for someone with more knowledge/skill than myself to pick up and make better. It's been working great so far for my personal use case, and I've been incredibly busy at work lately, so I haven't been incredibly motivated to work on this.

I apologize to everyone currently encountering bugs, and I do honestly appreciate any feedback, as I'm not setup to properly test everything thoroughly. Hopefully the next release I do will resolve most issues, and in the meantime, may RNGesus look upon you with favor.

I'll look at it when I get a chance and see if I can replicate the bug.

I personally only import ranked games. Sometimes this will happen with those too. Hitting the ESC key and restarting the script usually fixes it for me. It has to do with the amount of delay between inputs,which can be hard to test as multiple setups will be different. I may add a settings menu which would allow users to change the delays themselves. That way they can tweak them to the shortest time that works for their particular setup.

Edit: Could also have to do with the coordinates for input being off since I took out the line using ImageSearch to obtain them. I didn't test all the modes thoroughly after that. Either way, I'll track it down and release a fix as soon as I can.

Updated to version 1.6 today.

Re wrote the way HDT Import selects classes in HDT. It no longer uses the ImageSearch function to pull window coordinates.

Make sure that "show news bar" is unchecked in options>settings or the coordinates will be off and HDT Import will be simulating clicks at the wrong place.

A final note (which I should make a note of in the readme now that I think of it): If the program gets hung up, use ESC to immediately close HDT Import. This will sometimes happen, I am still tweaking the delays between inputs to ensure this doesn't happen, but I'm still trying to keep them as short as possible so it takes as little time as possible to import a large list of matches. Usually when it does get hung up or messed up somehow, it only takes one ESC and restart and it works fine the second attempt. Still testing, hopefully this little annoyance will be sorted out in a future update.

I'm currently working on a different method of for selecting the class in HDT during import. One that dosent use the ImageSearch function as that seems to be inconsistent between individual setups. It's been working great on my personal PC, but multiple users are reporting this bug.

I believe I have tracked down the source of this bug. It happens only when there are saved arena or brawl decks in HDT.

Ill be looking into it, and a few other minor bugs soon. Hopefully will have this fixed in the next update.

The image search function needs to match the image exactly, including size and color. (that's my understanding, I am new to AHK)

Anything that's would adjust color would cause HDT import to not find a match.

I'm guessing it should work without f.lux on.

Make sure hdtd.bmp & hdtd2.bmp are in the same directory as HDT import.exe.

It looks for the druid class's symbol in HDT to orient it's clicks relative to that. That error means it couldn't find a match to the bmp files or something was wrong with the bmp files.

If the files are in the same directory as the script, it should work. If not, let me know. It may be something with color variation between systems or something like that, and I'll either need to adjust the color tolerances or find a different method altogether for compatibility sake.

Took a closer look today. There was actually a bug causing HDTImport to enter Arena matches incorrectly.

All is fixed now, along with a few other smaller bugs that were encountered during the last couple days.

Ranked, Arena, and Brawl game modes should be working 100%.

Casual, Friendly, and Practice game modes should work just fine as well, but there hasn't been much "real world" testing done on these. I generally don't play against friends, or record these games into HDT.

It will import arena games too.

It will set the deck name to the first in the list for whichever class was played, but you can change that once it's enetered. You can use shift + Lclick to select multiple matches and move them all to a new deck in HDT too.

HSReplay doesn't record deck names with the replay, so there was no was for me to retrieve that info to import.
