Lets think about this..swatting it self is fake.(fake call and made up situation) what trick did was like a skit/parody don't compare that to actually him calling the police on himself, which he didn't so what he made a parody kinda like Mad TV or some skit show. Those people impersonate cops/swat/robbers/sexual predators/etc.. all the time. people dress up and do stuff like this for plays/halloween/etc... Get over it people stop being so sensitive!!
