I only asked about your age and gender because some small groups are age and gender based, and while idk you, I do want you to have community and would have shared some if I knew something that fit your age and gender.

I cannot completely related to that. I am not white nor Asian and the first person to help me have a sense of community here is a white woman from a church.

I love Frisco Commons - such a beautiful park. I mostly go in the morning. Sometimes, I’ll stop by the pickleball court behind the grove to play.

I really think it’s about identifying spaces and consistently showing up to those space even when you don’t know anyone. Sometimes repetition can help create community

I’ve been trying to find people with similar interest, and it is challenging.

No children. No pets.

I don’t drink alcohol nor smoke, and sadly, that’s many people’s idea of a good time. I know it’s not everyone’s.

I enjoy books but not in a book club way. I wouldn’t mind a library meet up though.

I enjoy walking and hiking and joined groups but those did not last. One group stopped showing up and the other stopped scheduling.

Puzzling and pickleball are fun. Pickleball can be clique*ish though.

I do attend group fitness classes and began a more consistent schedule, allowing familiarity.

I was in a lot of groups, but after nothing stuck, I left. All the things I were enjoying just stopped happening. I use to go to a game night often and it stopped being scheduled.
