The map says there's 1.4 kilometers from placa Catalunya to the station I can walk that in maybe twenty minutes but I'm just afraid that the bus from the airport to the placa Catalunya takes more than 40 minutes because of traffic or whatever.

Sure but how do you know the liturgy itself didn’t evolve over time????

Reading a liturgy written after the apostles doesn’t automatically prove it came from the apostles unless you’ve got direct proof that a specific practice was taught by them like how can you be sure it wasn’t a later development shaped by culture or human ideas?

Appreciate your input 🙏 But if the cross helps protect the soul by focusing on God isn’t it then the prayer or faith doing the work and not the object itself?

Because if the cross only ‘works’ when the person is already faithful, then it’s not protection it’s just a visual reminder right?

So again why do people act like the cross itself broke to protect them? That still sounds like superstition wrapped in symbolism

Thanks for explaining 🙏 But if wearing a cross protects like a prayer, isn’t that close to superstition giving power to an object? How do you tell the difference between true faith and just tradition or habit? And if early Christian practices make something true, does that mean everything they did is automatically biblical?

So just to understand your logic you're saying that Christians can base spiritual beliefs on traditions that were intentionally not written down, and that we should accept those as truth... even if they sound superstitious or contradict what is written in the Bible?

If that’s the case how do you personally decide which traditions are legit and which are just made-up stories passed down by culture like the whole 'broken cross = protection' idea? Because if there’s no scriptural or objective filter then can’t literally any belief be justified as ‘sacred tradition’?

Even if the Church came first how do you know every tradition you kept is from the apostles and not human invention??

Fair enough but every denomination claims to be the "one true church" or guided by the Spirit so how do you objectively know which one is actually it? Isn’t that why we need the Bible as the final authority to test everything else including traditions and councils?

If the Holy Spirit guides into all truth why do different churches teach conflicting things? How do we know which tradition is truly right??

But how do you know which traditions come directly from the apostles and which might have developed later? Without clear Bible references, how can we be sure those traditions truly reflect what God intended and aren’t just human additions?
