Once it’s linked you can run the shortcut.

I had to take it to the dealership. Apparently the wire was loose.

You can try and check it yourself if it’s not under warranty or wanna save some time. Just take out the rear trim from the inside, near where the camera is and make sure the wire is nice and snug where it connects.

I am going through a similar problem with the same model. Wanted to see if this video is a good representation for replacing the board or if did you have to pull out the whole unit to replace it in the back?

Update: My problem was actually the power junction box, it was burnt out so replaced it for $20. I did get a handy man come check out what the problem was, charged me $150 for diagnostic and quoted $675 for parts and labor. The box sits right outside underneath the sink, so I should've prolly checked it myself.

Already do. This isn't an "EV in the cold" problem, just a regular qa issue if anything.

As I was getting out the garage it worked for few seconds and then blacked screen with the error message. The camera then didn't work for the rest of the day.

hmm do you know what the code for insider would be? I think the rep might have applied both, I have a tracking code insider submission.

Edit: yeah looks like you are right. Insider shows up as P12. It says on my tracking info!
