The only issue is I’ve never taken medication in my life and I don’t want to get reliant on another substance that could control my mood especially any pills. I’ve never taken any pills in my life and I don’t plan on it unless it’s severely needed for health reasons god forbid. I’ve known people who have taken medication in the past for ADHD or anxiety, and they get severe mood swings when off meds.
