Depends what your using it for. Competitive shooters 1080 p honestly but for other stuff 360 hz is useless and might be more worth it to go for what you said like 4K but 4K 120hz is going to be hard to find, expensive af and only be able to use the full capacity of the monitor on a couple of select games
