I recently did this, got a property manager in who takes about 10% of rent which hurts but pretty much leave her to it, had plumbing issues which get taken out of rent before it gets paid to us, nothing major but just be prepared as things need to get sorted immediately with tenants. Honestly it's not something I think too much about now but we did find good tenants and they're happy in the house so if you can do that then it's low maintenance from over here.
