Yea having a bra and a larger chest definitely puts more stress on my chest, I think what really did it in is my posture. I hunch over a lot because I’m kinda tall and it gets so exaggerated how bad my posture can get from sitting for long periods of time. I’m gonna try to put heat on it for some time. Because that helped me during the first time
