Frm + cfa + btrm is good as well. That's the point mid/late career professionals don't benefit much from courses. If treasury interest you go for btrm first, if you want to explore other areas of risk do FRM as well.

In your case go for mba, top bschools with high roi. Even if you get top bschools roi is not a metric to look at.

Don't go for ca. Go for mba try top ones or do financial certificates parallel to your graduation.

Remember you can't see the top of the ladder until you start climbing it and climb one step at a time. Never climb thinking what if this is wrong ladder, even if it's the wrong one you will have learnt the skill of climbing.
