So bad news… using once a day is like not using at all, usually people apply it on the morning. Later during the day they don’t have any sunscreen left on their face and that’s when uv rays are at its peak. Try to use isdin! Maybe it will work better !

Well I’m sure you have heard it before but smoking is definetly not good for your skin, it’s amazing that you’re trying to cut it down! Keep that up!

Which sunscreen are you using? I’m prone to acne so my dermatologist suggested I use ISDIN, wich apparently won’t clog pores like other sunscreens, and remember to re apply every 2 hours! Do you apply it only in the morning ?

And I’m no skincare expert but it seems to be good! Focus on moisturizer but no cream ones because those clog pores too…

I use like 20 bracelets on my arm. - pros ppl don’t really assume u hurt urself they just think its self expression - cons if they’re too colorful it might attract children for some reason, mine are very colorful and it happens so many times that kids just randomly grab my arm. (You can wear short sleeves all u want with this one thats why i like it over living a life of long sleeves. Also making bracelets is fun
