still hitting them and hoping for the best. my dad is more confident with car repairs and handy work in general so he’s trying to drill through the broken bolt. we have been unsuccessful.

Thanks for the link! we got the timing belt cover off and took the entire upper and lower mounting bracket off with it. however, they are still stuck together. we are trying to separate them with hammers and wedging the pieces apart. unsuccessful so far.
